Description

Preparing tea and lunch; 

Making sure that enough food is prepared and served as directed by management;

 Ensuring that management, supervisors and administration staff are fed and that no food is wasted;

 Serving refreshments;

 Washing plates and other kitchen utensils; 

Maintaining a very high degree of personal cleanliness and hygiene all the time;

 Ensuring that the kitchen is clean all the time;

 Ensuring that the kitchen is cleaned soon after being used;

 Leading, planning, organizing, and controlling all kitchen/canteen activities.

Prepare budgets for the kitchen/canteen.

 Ensure compliance with HSES policies and procedures

 Perform other tasks as may be required by Management

Qualifications

Certificate/Diploma in Hospitality; 

Experience required: 3-5 years in a similar position;  

Others: English – full command of the English
